    Deploying talent management software successfully is all about a well planned, communicated, robust implementation.

    It requires easy to use software, solid processes and great administrators.

    We know from experience of supporting clients during their implementation, that the training of their administrators is one of the most crucial aspects of the project.

    Because of this:

    • We make sure that we set up the system that you are going to work with so you can get to grips with it right away. So, you're not learning on a 'similar' system which, when you see your own set-up ready for implementation, looks very different!
    • We work with you to tailor the content to meet your needs.  We want you to have the system that fits with your processes, talks your language and looks the way you want it to look.
    • We deliver training whatever suits your way of working: on-site at your office if you want a more intense training session – or by webinar via a number of shorter focused sessions at critical times of the implementation.
    • We'll focus on making you self-sufficient - but always knowing that you have back up and support from our Helpdesk, even after the early days of the implementation.
    • We’ll carry on supporting you after the initial training at the end of the phone or via webinar for a full month – and then of course via our Helpdesk.
    • Our Helpdesk is run by software and training professionals based in our offices working alongside our software developers.

    Effective implementation is crucial to the success of the entire project - and we know how to do this.
