Leadership development using Talent 360 at British Transport Police

British Transport PoliceBritish Transport Police (BTP) has a clear and articulated vision for its future leadership.  To achieve this, it has invested in a Leadership Academy to highlight and develop potential – and uses Talent 360 as part of this.

BTP’s leadership development focus has meant that its 5 year strategic plan has been mapped onto the 360-degree feedback items, giving an assessment that measures the behaviours and organisational values it believes is needed in 5 years’ time.
