Head Light wins Bronze in L&D Supplier of the Year Awards

    The TJ Awards are recognised as being the premier Training and L&D event for the UK – and talent management software specialist, Head Light has won the bronze award in the L& D Supplier of the Year category.

We were nominated by one of our clients – British Transport Police – with whom we have worked over a number of years developing and implementing its Leadership Academy.     The TJ Awards seek to promote excellence, best practice and innovation in Training and Learning & Development, and to highlight the importance of this area in today's business climate. Nominations were reviewed by the TJ Award panel and those short-listed were interviewed by a further panel of industry experts.

    All of this year’s winners were announced on 26 November 2014 at the TJ Awards Gala Dinner at The Brewery in London.
