All server monitoring will continue over the festive season and if you need to raise a ticket please note that it will be dealt with upon our return.
For emergencies (i.e. a service outage or suspected data breach) please raise a ticket on the Help Desk and then contact our Head Light Support Emergency Line on 0845 054 2755, you will be asked to provide your name, company and the Help Desk ticket number. The issue will then be escalated to the Emergency Support Team and you will be contacted via the Help Desk ticket.
If you anticipate that you will need additional support over the Christmas period please get in touch with us as soon as possible to arrange a catch up call.
