Full Stack C# MVC.NET Developer: £30k-£40k p.a.

As a core member of a relatively small and close knit development team, you will learn new skills as an active member of the design, build and release of enhanced versions of the product suite. The role is focused within a Microsoft oriented software development environment and responsibilities will include all levels of product development, integration, release, implementation and support of the core product. This role offers a tremendous opportunity to be completely involved in all aspects of the product suite’s future roadmap.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain new and existing features in the software.
  • Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of the coded solution.
  • Share your ideas and help colleagues both inside and outside of your team.
  • Comfortable working under a changing environment.
  • Production Support and Bug Fixes.

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of two years’ working experience of Microsoft product development in a commercial development organisation.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Visual Studio and other related development tools is necessary.
  • Experience in C#/MVC.NET is necessary.
  • Experience in SQL/SQL Server is necessary.
  • Experience in HTML, AJAX, JQuery, CSS and scripting languages is necessary.
  • Work in an agile development group. Understanding of SCRUM would be beneficial.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of App Servers, internet browsing concepts and technologies is useful.
  • Experience with Single Sign On (OAuth2, Open Id Connect, SAML) would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of AngularJS would be beneficial.
  • Experience working with Team Foundation Server would be beneficial.
  • Exposure to ISO 27001 would be beneficial.
