Head Light offers complimentary trial of online 360 tool – Talent 360

Head Light, the talent management software specialist, is offering HR decision makers the opportunity to try out its online 360 degree feedback software at the CIPD HR Software Show (15-16 June, Olympia).

The company will provide its Talent 360® software for those wanting to look more closely at online 360 degree feedback and to see how very different this is to other 360 tools on the market.

Those taking part will be able to choose from one of a set of forward-looking, progressive behaviour 360 assessments, select who they want to give feedback and then Head Light will manage the rest in terms of administration and report generation. A full report will be available online.

Also at the CIPD HR Software Show, on Thursday 16 June (3.45pm-4.15pm), Luke Butcher, Head Light’s Client Director, will present in the HR Software Showcase Arena a session which shows how to get a good fit between your business’ requirements and the HR talent software you choose to deploy. We’ll demonstrate how to challenge software vendors beyond feature/functionality and share some of their tactics.
